What is AskEnola?
AskEnola is the all-in-one command center for CFOs. It pulls data from your core financial systems, standardizes it into a consistent model, and automatically generates the reports and analyses your finance function runs on: MRR retention curves, bookings reports, P&L statements, Budget vs. Actual, QBR packs, and more. Close the books, and your reports are ready. No manual data exports, no reconciliation, no rebuilding the same decks month after month.
Who is AskEnola built for?
AskEnola is purpose-built for CFOs who want their reporting ready the moment the books close, fractional CFOs managing multiple clients and systems who need one consistent process, finance teams looking to eliminate manual reporting work, SaaS businesses that live by MRR, bookings, and retention metrics, and companies standardizing their finance process across the organization. If your team spends days every month exporting data from multiple systems, reconciling inconsistencies, and rebuilding the same reports, AskEnola is built exactly for you.
Where does our financial data go when we use Enola?
Your data does not leave your existing infrastructure. Enola connects directly to your data warehouse — Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or others — and queries it in place. We do not use your company's data to train AI models. Your data remains yours, in your environment.
Who can access Enola, and can we control permissions?
Enola supports role-based access controls, so you define exactly who can ask what questions and see which datasets. A CFO can have full access to financial data, while a department head is scoped only to their own P&L.
Do we need to move our data to use Enola?
No. Enola connects to your existing data warehouse via a secure read-only connection. You don't need to migrate data, rebuild pipelines, or move anything to a new environment. Your data stays where it already is.
Does Enola require involvement from our IT or data engineering team?
Initial setup requires a one-time connection to your data warehouse with support from our onboarding team. After that, finance leaders can use Enola entirely self-serve — no SQL, no engineering tickets, no technical dependencies for day-to-day use. The ongoing experience lives entirely within the finance team's control.
How do I know the numbers Enola gives me are accurate?
Enola queries your actual data in real time — it does not estimate, hallucinate, or make up numbers. Every answer is traceable back to the underlying data it used. Enola also uses the BADIR™ methodology to structure its reasoning, grounding answers in a defined analytical framework — not a black box. If Enola is uncertain or the data is ambiguous, it will say so rather than guess.
Can I audit or verify how Enola arrived at an answer?
Yes. Enola shows the logic and data behind every answer it generates. Since every response is heuristics-driven, there is zero room for hallucinations and you can always dig deeper to make sure you are getting 100% reliable responses
Why shouldn't we just build this internally?
Creating a reliable, zero-hallucination analytics solution that works for both technical and non-technical finance teams typically requires 2 to 4 years and a full data science, ML, and engineering squad. That's rarely practical for a mid-market finance function. AskEnola delivers three layers out of the box that would take years to build: a pre-built analytics engine with heuristics, anomaly detection, and driver analysis; an automatic semantic layer that fuses proven metric definitions and business logic with your custom context; and a workflow layer that automates repetitive daily tasks. Skip the build cost, and get enterprise-grade insights from day one.
